I know what you mean about a slow computer, the one between my ears is slow too. Trying to upgrade the BIOS on my Asus motherboard is driving my up[ the wall. The point bout complexity of the model hits home because it is expected by those who build such things, that we buy new ones or upgrade every two or three years. My pc is over 10 years old now. The Atari 520 STFM is a real dinosaur too. Me, I'm happy that my kit works, a little loss of speed etc is ok. I'm not going anywhere in a hurry. Not that I know of.

They are currently offered in the highest quality possible. (requiring a new-ish computer)
