Latest.

Post by Mike1158 » Sat Jun 12, 2021 7:46 pm

A little variation in Sketchup having installed the newest build. It dropped today during a render but I'm pretty sure it's just one of 'those' things. I will try again when it's cooler.

Thank you, I have a lot to look at changing, my mind for a start, if I could find it.

The wood 'piece' above the bed was originally a piece of wood ?art? I have slightly adjusted it to make it more like it was recovered from a shore line.

Thanks mate, a mention has been made about height of the camera which I have looked into and altered. I will resubmit when it's cooked.

I rethought the height of the camera and added a pair of slippers with a bathrobe. Hoping for some human touch to it. A long hot day folks, I hope yours has been good.

I made a bit of a breakthrough of my own after the height change, either show the light completely or leave it out of shot. What to do with the minor lights I have not figured out yet.

I like the idea of adding a few extra details. :^:

Cloth is very difficult in SU, and the robe looks a bit stiff. :|

maybe a png of some leaves that is positioned strategically above the window where it is not seen directly but the sunlight would shine through and have a "dappled sunlight through leaves" type of appearance as it falls through the window could be a nice touch.

Thanks Fletch, I agree. I'll take a look at those items in a while because I am currently girding my loins and stiffening my mind for a trip to Asda Wallmart or Hasda Be. I know, I only go once a week and I always come up with a distraction to be sure I do. A club to the back of the head is a fair standby....... :hat:

They're all excellent images. Be careful you can mess with these forever seeking the "perfect" one ! :^:
