how can I make the rendering better?

Floor texture and ground texture needs to be improved. Lighting and other materials, rest of image, are very well done!

Appreciate your comment but from where I'll get better texture?

What is the material supposed to be?
There are many great textures already created or available online.
There are many available for free from here in the Red Carpet Resources and Kerkythea.net - use the forum search function, or your favorite search engine. look up things like "cobblestone tiling texture", including "tiling texture" will narrow down the search to images that people have created that should already repeat perfectly for you without you having to do much photoshop.

Is this library working good with Sketchup and the TWR?
