The house is going to built next year. We are starting to plan the interior. It is WIP and I am going to post the process.

Nice work ! Maybe You should try some interpolation software ? Never done this, only heard about it but maybe it's worth to try ? From a quick search i found sth like this http://www.svp-team.com/ I wonder if and how it works.

That's great, but seems long render time for this. Are you sure you didn't have light emitting surfaces in the file somewhere?
How many frames total and at what resolution?
