I think rendered color floor plans like this are a powerful tool for communicating with your client! :^:

Really good work - what light settings do you use for this?
Your stairs don't comply with the technical standards, by the way... :-)

The floorplans werde used with a sphere 100 white, without sun.

So... the sphere is a HDR image or is a skp ball with an emitter material?

I wouldn't use a spherical image, or any light emitter if I wanted all white sky/background in an image like this.
Simply turn off sun, set background to "Sky Color" (NOT "Background color") and set the Sky Color to be light gray or white... very light gray would be a good place to start.
It will give light as if it were a spherical hdr that is white... but render quickly and add no RAM overhead computing info.
