I love DOF!

Post by olishea » Thu Oct 01, 2009 9:48 am

Ok here is my final ant chair image with some twilight DOF blur.

Hardly any photoshop, just a vignette and levels.

I used preset 08 for this with HDR lit studio image. I woulda used preset 10 but 08 seemed to come out better this time.

Thanks twilight team for a wonderful piece of kit!

Cheers mateys!

I really wanna put a twilight logo in the bottom corner.....does anybody have one with a transparent background? All the ones I have found have white background and its tricky to remove nicely.

I've already posted my comment at the SCF, but also want to say the same here...
You could easily fool me to believe this is a real photo...
Well done, Oliver... :^:

I knew that you would be a true artist with TWR... Image

I'm sure Fletch will post one soon, enabling anybody to use it... ;)

Thanks Frederik, I really appreciate that. I tried not to go over-the-top with photoshop.....its easy to spoil a render with silly effects.

Fletch has already advised me as to how to get the logo (via email)

I've fooled a couple of people into believing it was a photo hehehe [evil twisted grin] :ugeek:

Even when you zoom in really close, it still looks real! But then again I did do 2800 passes lol

lo I have one too. It's green (like in the render) but the legs aren't chrome.....powder coated. Maybe it's a fake haha

I actually have the plastic child's version....it comes up to my knee! I don't use it.....I just look at it :geek:
