Yes, I am obsessed with chess boards lately.

Here is one I designed and built in about 30 min. yesterday.

I don't mean that....just a sly bevel like you see on a gem stone, diamond ring etc.

Great idea about the render chess game, bet there'll be some interesting results!!

I would participate but my chess days are far behind me!

I just did not want to spend too much time modeling.

how do u render the 3rd pic....

like the backdrop is not in focus....plz help

Please check the Twilight Render User Manual v1.3. and search for the word DOF (Depth Of Field)... ;)
