yes
in fact 04 Medium is a great balance between quality and speed.
But for best quality 09 is best. Combined with denoise, it's also fast... relatively fast.

Twilight Pro has an add-on for Denoise AI called "Fast Forward". It works amazingly well.

My suggestion is what I myself did:
Model a real image, pay careful attention to all details and textures, add and adjust materials and lights and then try rendering so that it gets very close to the real image. I have done this exercise several times. Pay attention to details of thea real world such as beveled corners, imperfections....
