Art, Architecture, and Design Videos
Re: Art, Architecture, and Design Videos
This falls under "Art" for me.
Re: Art, Architecture, and Design Videos
Not sure if this falls under "art" or not, but it was 3D, and it was humorous.

Contains a lot of strong language, but is really well done.

Stunning! great find Fletch, thanks for sharing. The mapping scene is professionalising so quickly, it is just amazing. (I must know as I've been doing stuff like this for a living)
This summer a friend of mine presented the performance of Amon Tobin here in Berlin. I am still so fond of the loop between the physical and the virtual geometry and back again...

Side note: Sorry folks for not showing up for so long, my life in the real world went through even more changes and I had to really get my head down for a while. No worries, I never left SketchUp alone and TWL is still my favorite renderer... wish I can hang around here with you more often in the future.

Re: Art, Architecture, and Design Videos
Great video, Shura. Can you tell a bit about how this is done? I presume it's projected from several cameras with the different pieces simultaneously onto the 3D shaped screen surface. I presume that it's been built and rendered with something like 3ds max and using plugins like particle flow or similar?
