Development of Rendering

Fletchs' post of the Catmull video prompted me to post the link to this video. Stumbled on it a long time back. It gives a good overview of the development of rendering and explains without getting too technical whats happening when you hit the render button. Watching it and gaining a better understanding of what my computer is processing helped me get better with my rendering I think. Also amazed the heck out of me and I'm still surprised my iMac doesn't burst into flames when I hit Twilights "go" button.
