My new logo

I came to the conclusion that my old logo got... ...old. I came up with something like this, I need a fresh look. Which one is better ? Maybe I should add some colors ? Can anyone help ? This should stand for interior design company.

The first is better, you tried, that the 'atelier stowinski" stripe is RAL3000.

...but in the mean time turns out that it's not a good design at all - at least for interior designer/architect. Thanks everyone for help.
