Become pro?

Is it possible to become a professional from home to design and render with Sketchup & Twilight Render and get paid for it? Do you have any idea how and in what way? Is there any site that i can look to it?

Sure, there are many people like this all over the world.
Make some example designs and renderings - make them as good as you can make them! The best of the best you can do.
Then make a CD or DVD or print a portfolio of images, then call as many interior design and architecture firms, tourist agencies, construction firms, and anyone else you can think of that need a rendering enough to pay for it and ask for a meeting to show them what you can do.
Before you go, decide on prices you want to charge - a price per square meter charge based upon image resolution would be logical, and easy to convey to a client.
Create but don't give anyone your pricelist! They will only take it to a competitor and ask them to beat your price. :| But have it memorized and speak it only in a meeting.

After you get well established and have many return clients, then perhaps you can publish your pricing on your website... but I still don't advise it until you are very comfortable with what you can charge.
Have a website portfolio that they can go visit.
Have a business card with your website and contact info.
Call your list of potential clients, talk to people, network, for every 10, expect 9 rejections. So if you want 10 clients, seriously contact 100 potential clients.
People that are building and selling those apartments will be good potential clients.
