effect like animation

Hello there TWL artists
I have one question and need your help. question is about Photoshop but i hope you will help me because there is only one place what i use as forum. there is photo with effect like screen from animation. i work for same style in Sketchup with twilight and want to know how to get same effect in photoshop after render? or if you can type what kind of style is this to search tuttorials on youtube? thank you very much hope you'll help me.

I'm not sure what effect you are looking for. You say "like animation" but animation isn't an effect.

Do you mean motion blur? Or light bloom? Or...?

Chris maybe you are true and tgis is what i need, in animation effect i mean that it dont likes real sceen it looks like animation sceen. Who uses photoshop, everyone knows motion blur effect but i searching tuttorial how to use it same sceen on proffesional level, to create same beatiful image. Thanks

It appears to me like you are looking for a hand-drawn effect like it was drawn by hand not by a computer you will need to very carefully build your model this is an extremely complex model also never use white lights look at the color of all the lights in this scene they are very strong colors blue green orange red Etc
