Batch Render Doesn't Change Scene

Anyone have an idea why batch render on OSX renders first scene tab in the file instead of the scene set in the batch render queue and then proceeds to render it over and over instead of changing to the next in the queue?

Please post a screenshot of the batch render dialog as you have it set up now.
Be sure you have set each to render a specific scene.
