Save layer state with scene suggestion

doesn't seem to be an option, since new, perhaps I haven't found it. Be really nice to save layer state with scenes Not quite sure what the 2 checkbox options mean - one is a pure checkmark, the other is a checkmark with a house

The layer state is saved. If you have a scene showing that it is not, please post it so we can look at it.
