help transparent glass

Hello,
How I cen make transparent glass?
View the attachments... i used air glass, and I tried the all basic glass customs.

That's...weird. Is the picture an Image or a Face with a material applied? It's possible there is some z-fighting going on. You may have to move the glass surface away from the picture. Also, have you tried Architectural glass? That will provide reflection/shininess but no refraction.

It's a picture, and away the glass, between tha glass surface and the concrete surface... I used architecturel glass...

It was something wrong in sketchup /Missing the horizont..../, I copy the new SU, and it was good.
