I try to get the background in a mirror, but do not get this done. Somebody a sighing stitch?

you are using "Prelim" render setting. This setting is for checking lighting is on, it's an extremely fast render setting because the photon bounces are set very low.
simply render with a higher rendering preset, "low", "medium", etc.
