The bottom chair's leg has AA problem or is it the modeling?

It is an AA issue.

Render Settings>Advanced>Alternate AA methods (you can use same render setting name as used for original rendering, but now have some control over AA quality... I would avoid ultimate unless you have time on your hands... anything above "standard" will be better than the basic easy setting AA quality)
