When using 'Sky Color', I assume that 'Background Color' is the place to set the sky color; is this correct? This seems to only way to get an overcast sky.
It might be good if the sunlight (haze) slider went from clear, sharp shadows as it does now, to to fully overcast, virtually no shadows.

Re: sky color setting
Easiest way to get an overcast sky, at least for me, is setting the Background/Sky type to "Sky color" (NOT "Background color"), making it white, and unchecking the "sunlight enabled" box.
Let me know if this works.

Re: sky color setting
yes, set sky to "Sky Color" type
set "background color" to light grey
turn off sun for quicker render, no strong shadow.
