Most important: use a good Spherical Sky.
Try one of these Spherical Sky images for Licensed Twilight Users!
Also, you can try these great treelines provided by Oli or Flipya...

Fletch, which is best for interiors? phys sky, spherical or no sky??......I find that using sphericals can add unwanted illumination and colours. what would be most realistic?

For interiors, I use mask to put in background image. I use Physical Sky - works best.
But if one is determined to have the reflections on the interior of surroundings like trees/clouds, etc. Then a spherical sky is best. If a spherical sky is contributing too much color to your scene, de-saturate the image a little in a photo editor.
