Small Chapel
Small Chapel
Here's a small architectural work I did some months back for a client. All images done on Easy 10 with a little PP to beef up the God rays. A few objects are from Formfonts (you guys are just awesomely amazing life savers when it comes to quick turn-around projects!) C&C are always welcomed.

Re: Small Chapel
wow, paappleb, those are beautiful! I've been curious to see them since you mentioned them a while back.
Re: Small Chapel
Thanks Fletch . Indeed I did mention them a ways back, but they would have flown under the radar when everyone else was pumping out awesome cathedrals and such (cough cough like someone else here ) a month or so back. I actually tried to do the scene with your Twilight God Ray method but I was having a lot of trouble understanding the sample model you posted in resources. I will have to give it another go sometime, but it still turned out rather nice with some super caustics and a little PP so I can't complain. Some day soon I want to put together a set of Twlight ready custom lights I have been creating for my models to share. I really do enjoy making custom lighting fixtures. I like the challenge . Got a request Fletch?

Re: Small Chapel
Wow, this is awesome! kind of results I try to achieve one day!
Maybe one little thing, If I am allowed as newbie in the rendering scene, that's the texture on the chairs. They are identical as the wood plates on the wall, just behind them, which is a bit too obvious in the second image...

Any light fixture is a welcome light fixture around here. Please post a few to the Resources section when you get a chance.
perhaps just a different UV map/position of the texture, or different finish on the wood of the chairs would be enough to differentiate.
