 thanks guys, here is an existing condition image, and the background for the roof shot taken by/given to me by the client.

most importantly, this client was my first to use the word "phenomenal"

Water material is SU's water caustics material with Twilight water template, and done as described by myself in several topics here... very quick/simple to do.

Key things in these images:
  1. the post pro Secret 1 I provided in the Red Carpet Club... I do this trick on 98% of my images, and it works miracles.
  2. the post pro Secret 2 for grass
  3. render hi-res masks for the whole building to insert hi-quality/clean hi-res backgrounds
  4. use masks of plants, chairs and umbrellas, to insert other flowers and grass inbetween/behind them
  5. add subtle dirt to plaster in post-pro so it does not look 'flat'... on an overlay, multiply, or screen layer depending on situation... paint the dirt with some free grunge brushes I downloaded.
  6. render with Easy 08 and use the Spherical Sky provided here.
  7. add plants and trees that, some of which I've downloaded over time, but mostly that I've taken the images and created myself.

You have done a very wonderful plan of roof. You have also gotten a nice prototype of the building especially the roof. In its whole view, I like the entire building.
