The model looks to be of high quality with some nice textures and would benifit from an HDRI or a studio environment for lighting.

Ok , so i am new to the HDR lighting and tried the studios and .hdr lites from the links u guys posted. Thanks again. I am always willing to learn new techniques as I have always just used spot and point lites in the SU enviornment. With the studio and hdr lites, not sure if im doin it right. dont need a full tutorial as i know u guys have done in the past with other newbies. just need to get pointed in the right direction. The studio got rid of the hot spots but i lost the reflection of the chrome. Any help or links to tuts will be helpful. thanks, Kevin
p.s. triple monitor set up here, letsu see all my settings

Have you tried to render it with a Progressive preset (Easy 9) ? You could let HDR power to 1.

will give it a try how do i set HDR to power 1, also how do i position the model in the studio. i am using the oli.studio #1 which is front (the way the model should be facing.)

On Sky Brightness setting, on Light Editor Panel is a setting named Sky Brightness, which on your panel is set to 0.8 as I could see. You also can try higher values, to increase the intensity.

Reflections are of utmost importance when rendering a product like this.
Be sure you study this thread about photography studio shots.
If the screen is too close to your product, the metal (chrome) will reflect the white background studio screen and not give you the look you desire. But if you think about the problem as you would in the real world - "Hmm... how can I get the lighting I want but the reflections I want?" I think you will come up with a good setup.
