Schematic apartment rendering

Post by JCA131 » Fri Mar 14, 2014 4:10 pm

This was a quick exercise to show a client how a portion of an old bank building could be used for apartments. Rendered with Easy09 for about an hour, level adjustments and line overlay in Photoshop.

If I have time, I want to revisit this and add some materials to get a finished rendering out of it.

Love it. Amazing open-space kitchen.

This looks good.

How did you get these fine lines to the render?

Thanks for the comments guys.

jo-ke, I just exported my SketchUp lines at 2-3x the size of the rendering, then scaled it down before overlaying the lines in Photoshop.
