I think the floor scale is too small; maybe not but it seems so to me.
I like the window design, and the exterior in the second shot. I think the lighting in the second shot makes it look like you completely took out the back wall behind the camera (sun shining in, boxed shadows).

First image needs good background image behind the glass - like a night sky.
Second image is not as well composed, the sunlight in the foreground seems unrealistic - try the invisible wall trick.
