Lampshade material needs a little help. Start with Template>Translucent>Leaf

I like it a lot. The overall feel of the space is pretty darn good. That said I think there are a few minor tweaks that would elevate it even more. Try Fletch's advice on the lampshades , it really makes a difference. Not quite understanding the two light fixtures high on the wall above the bed. They tend to pull my eye away from the artwork and are kind of redundant with having the table lamps below. The settee at the foot of the bed doesn't seem to quite fit with the rest of the furnishings and appears to be blocking the doors. Maybe reposition it a little or try something a little different style? Still a very nice render though. :^:

points well taken. i will consider removing the light fixtures, for indeed it is redundant considering the lamp shades just below. i didn't think about it. As for the settee, i will try to use a different one that fits better with the overall scene. i also overlooked that. otherwise, much appreciated for your feedback :)
