Personally I didn't think daytime renders turned out that good, but I could try again now that the model is finished. As for the larger image, just click it and select "open in new tab" to view it in full size, altho it's a bit smaller than the original due to the upload limit.

Really impressive piece of art work.. ..even near slabs are full of details. I guess maybe a dusk time render also rocks!
How did you add light glares?

The lens flares were added in post-pro, just an image overlayed set to screen mode.
And yeah, I made the slabs using the bitmap to mesh plugin as I wanted them to be in clear view at first, but later figured they looked better out of focus. The close roof was actually rendered on a separate pass, and then added in and blurred in post.

Thanks for detailed description. I personally prefer dusk-time rather than night as it provides less contrast. Very realistic result by the way is acheived! :clap:
