flooring texture seems broken in a few places, but other than that, great work. :^:

Perhaps leave texture as-is, but use the Twilight Material Template "Floor>Wood" and play with the settings.
try "Random Planks" and turn off bevel edges at first. Of course proper bump texture is important. Bevel Edges may be useful in the end, it's difficult to say at first. It's really good to have a simple test scene for just testing the floor.
