Re: Renewed bathroom
Sorry, poor taste posting a render in someone else's thread. My apologies.
Re: Renewed bathroom
Hi Majid
Looking great! Amazing work! Can you tell us the workflow to create these?
I moved this thread out of the resources section into "Gallery" section.

Re: Renewed bathroom
Thanks a million dear Fletch and Tuna7.
What do you, Fletch, mean by work flow please? do you mean modeling or rendering workflow?
The modeling is straight forward, all done using Sketchup. The bath tube primitive model was done using Sketchup exported to Blender 3D in collada format and remodeled there to add extra detail and textured, then re-imported to SketchUp using "dae" format.
To make the Anaglyph image two different images are needed rendered with two close cameras (6-10 cm) parallel to each other or focused on a "target". I replicate the ANAMAKER (free software) help files here:

Re: Renewed bathroom
I like where you are going with this but I think there is some lighting and material issues you are running into. Based on the original photograph, a lot of your texture seem to be to contrasted or blown out. Maybe try to use a solid UV map of the texture you are trying to use. If you do not have one, www.texturehaven.com has a lot of great, Free materials and HDRI lighting files, for download. Maybe play with light direction and roughness of textures, also, try to decrease the reflectiveness of your materials to have the illusion of a natural rock face. But other than those little details, your models overall are fantastic, just needs a little work. Keep up the great work!!!
Re: Renewed bathroom
This is really great. Could I ask how you achieved the flower arrangement in the vase? Looks great!
The only constructive criticism to offer would be that the stone back wall could maybe benefit from a height map of some sort - it looks a little too flat for that sort of stone wall to my eye.
Re: Renewed bathroom
Nice compliments. I totally agree with the comments on texture improvement and maybe do it on my spare time. Baout the was, I did not model it, it is in fact from 3dwarehouse and I just tweaked materials.
