Hello Melk-e-art!
Open material in deep editor and reduce strength of bump.
This is showing how to change the scale of the water, but it's an example of how you can edit the material in the deep editor.

1) i am about this 2)this is what i create (this material i have from forum) and i just whant to increase the reflection (IOR) in some places.
how can i control it?
3) material i want to change and give it more reflection(IOR)

You need to have multiple layers of texture. The texture of your pavement is almost one tone. It is difficult to separate multiple layers like bump or specular maps. I did something like that. If that option works for you, I’ll share how it’s done.
