Hello, is it possible to create transparent emitter material in Pro version? and if yes, how can i create it?

choose "invisible emitter" type

I know this way ofcourse Fletch, but i mean the way, when for example banner is visible and transparent same time, like it is in Cyberpunk genre.

Do you have an example image showing what you mean please? A picture is worth a thousand words.
I assume what you want is to be able to choose the alpha transparency of the image which you are using as the emitter so that it's sort of "see through" or "heads up display" type look?
Save .png with transparency and set Alpha of the png to 50% or whatever percentage you want.
Use the png saved with transparency as your material to set as emitter.
Import/explode the image.
Conver to Deep Material
Add Emittance "Diffuse" light, and then add "Color".
See material in attached .skp scene.
