Which of the following is true?
- Is SketchUp working fine without any plugins installed?
- What operating system are you working in?
- Which version of SketchUp are you using?
- Where did you download this version of SketchUp you are using?
- Which version of Twilight are you using? We can not help you if you download Twilight from anything other than our official website.
- Is Twilight Render the only Plugin installed in SketchUp? Please verify that there are no other plugins or extensions installed at all in SketchUp when this crash occurs.
If you open SketchUp after Twilight Render is installed and SketchUp crashes...
1. the Bugsplat screen does not appear after crash
2. the "Bugsplat screen appears after crash
If the following is the case:
- the crash happens upon opening SketchUp immediately after installation of Twilight
- Twilight is installed exclusively, no other plugins installed.
- the crash does not show Bugsplat screen.
We have no idea what could be causing this. Obviously if we designed a plugin that crashed SketchUp we would not be a business selling a SketchUp plugin.
