The "natural" caustics in a normal room will not be as striking as in my 'experiments' above where I'm basically shining small focused lights down through the tops or sides of the objects.

here's a nice example how the caustics look in a normal scene. I only inserted the object, swapped the brass and glass, render on Easy 10

I made some spherical objects.
Spherical Texture mapping with Twilight Render Pro is easy! Have you tried it? works :^: :hat:

The metal materials on the spherical objects comes from the Metal library that ships with Twilight.
Apply via Twilight Material dialog > Import Library.
