Version 2.17 Windows 8.1 with Sketchup 2017

Hi,

today I did upgrade to 2.17 from 2.0

Now Sketchup closes with a Bugsplat, when clicking on the Twilight Icon ...

Can I go back to an earlier version ?

Windows 8 is pretty old but it should still be compatible with Twilight Render.

Do you have a license for the Fast Forward Denoiser? That can sometimes cause crashes when there are compatibility issues.

Otherwise no we generally don't hold on to previous installers (Incompatibilities from one version to the next are very rare.)

One thing you can try is going to "C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\TwilightV2" and deleting everything in the TwilightV2 folder.
