Progressive vs Progressive+

Hi!

I've been using twilight for several years, but I still haven't understood the difference between progressive and progressive+.
Can someone help me?

Also I made washroom interior scene with progressive method. Resolution 1500x800 pics, Ray tracing 15. Is it enough for clear pic or not? I think the picture is not so clear. What´s your opinion?
