Re: Twilight Render and macOS M1 processors
It is a modern engine that will be faster, and come with features unavailable in Kerkythea as well.

Thanks, I'm really delighted to read your answer. Keep up the good work !Fletch wrote: ↑Sun Dec 18, 2022 2:58 pm We have pursued an update to Kerkythea, the underlying render engine of Twilight Render, from its creator Solid Iris but they have declined to update it so that we are looking at integrating a different engine which will be fully multi-platform and work on Apple Silicon. This is as much as we can currently divulge. We can not give time tables for our next release, but it's being worked on.

It's good to hear this. At the moment, I am still not upgrading my 20 core MacPro to a Mac Studio, for stability reasons and M1/M2 support. Still rendering very fast, I can't imagine how it will be with full support on the new processors!

It's in progress. Looking good so far.
