if the NK library is not giving you what you want,
apply a scratch bump and use the brushed metal template render with progressive or a high+ easy method.

A good way to make your own 'scratches' for bumpmaps in photoshop:

New layer
Fill with white
Filter>Noise>Add Noise
Go quite high on the noise (monochromatic)
Filter>Stlize>Wind...
Use Blast style (or whatever looks best to you). This will streak the noise.
It will only streak the noise a bit so......free transform your layer......and stretch it vertically to elongate the scratches.
To add more scracthes just duplicate your layer, move it a bit and set blending mode to multiply to eliminate the white.

Remember the wind filter only works horizontally so if you wanna change direction of the streaks just rotate your canvas.

I thought I would share this cos it comes in handy for adding scratches to metal and timber bumpmaps.

You might also find what you're looking for among the KT Material libraries... ;)
Check out the Anodised aluminium (Brushed) or the Metals Ashkimish for MLT and the Metals Phong A1... ;)

How do I get the KT materials into TWL?

Change the KT material library name from "name.mat.zip" to "name.zip" then follow instructions here:
