Swapping PC's and Scenes

A quick question.

If I have created a model and rendered the scene with all new mats, bumps, hdr etc, on my pc, then wish to render the same scene on another pc, what do I need to do to correctly keep all these settings?
Do I export an xml, or do I manually copy all the mats etc across and re-link them?
