I think thatis a rendering you can be proud of, Bob... I know you will continue to improve immensely!
the alpha masks in the package Ecuadorian is linking to could stand to be greatly improved, as they are you will see a white halo around all the vegetation from those... but since they are free, no one can complain.
I attempted to improve the mask on one of those trees, and gave up.
If you intend to really use a lot of photo-realistic vegetation like that, and it's worth it to you, you will likely want to purchase some high quality vegetation entourage.
Tom has some you can take a look at as well.

Re: Learning WIP
I fixed the roof: I tried individual "tiles", but that brought my computer to its knees. I settled for photo realistic for actual color and texture.
The trees on the street that Ecuadorian helped me with are very close to the trees that are actually there.
I only wish our house was located in an open field
I'd appreciate any suggestions/comments/critique on style/technique and many thanks to Fletch and Ecuadorian. Also HUGE thanks to the developers of Twilight: it's beyond words exciting
This version was rendered at Easy Setting #8/pinhole

Re: Learning WIP
very nice!
I'd lower the exposure as the facade is getting washed out and losing detail...
sun's not hitting your solar panels in an optimal way.

Re: Learning WIP
Tweaked the pavers to be textured with actual color scheme.
Dropped the exposure a click: may be a tad too dark.
Re-did the back yard (but, of course, that doesn't show in this view )
I guess I'm pretty much done!!
