This is more of a general user Duh!
Either remember the night your Automatic Updates are scheduled or disable them before you let a render run overnight

Re: The Twilight "Duh!" thread
totally... this has killed many a render.
you do have a back-up if you are rendering with a progressive render method.

Or disable automatic updates in general (set it to only notify you and you decide when you download/install).
I actually remember this from the Kerky Forums as well. Must have been painful for some other people too.

mine is a perpetual 'DUH'.....the complete inabilty to grasp the concept of using zip files......!
Re: The Twilight "Duh!" thread
Hi Gareth. These are simply textures, that you can use to build a matierial... they are NOT a material "pack" per se.
This is where the confusion is. There is a major difference between someone giving you a set of material textures and giving an actual material library
I have added :>: a tutorial to the original post by Solo - hopefully this will help you?

Wondering why my 4 views weren't rendering as a pseudo batch/animation render and I was always getting the same view 4 times. Well, turns out you need to be sure your camera is set to "Current View" in the render window so it switches with the SketchUp view changes.
