modern belgium house

Post by GWydouw » Tue Dec 08, 2009 5:15 pm

I use Twilight from day one, and i like it very much. Before I always used Artlantis but since I have Twilight I haven't touched it anymore. Here is one of my lastest projects.

Feel free to comment.

love the architecture!! :gj:

some little comments: sort out brightness of foreground plant and maybe sharpen background image a bit. grass could do with some PP magic. also, bricks and tiles could really do with bump mapping. (is there any added?) perhaps change sun angle too so the elevation is not in shade, even if it means faking north!

what template did you use for the brick material btw? do yo mind sharing the blue brick texture? its beautiful!

looks very nice, I'm guessing the client understands the concept quite well from this image!

Yes,

This is a Corbusier. Most of mine objects comes from the website www.formfonts.com there are not for free, but it's a great website with lot of good 3d models and textures.

Guy

What do you mean wit some PP magic?
Sometimes i fake north, but sometimes it's important to show the real shadows (like this time). There is some bump mapping but not enough.

For the brick texture there is a great website (the website is in dutch) with lots of big textures:

http://www.wienerberger.be/servlet/Sate ... be_home_nl

Search for the brick you want and for the most bricks you can download a texture file.

Guy
