interior - first impression + update MLT
Re: interior - first impression + update
yes, you can use Photoshop or other to create a good bump and specular and load those into those slots in Twilight's mat. editor.
looking good so far.
wood flooring is always the hardest. I would start with the plastic>shiny template and work from there.

Thanks for the advice Fletch
I also started from a plastic material having good specular reflections.

Re: interior - first impression + update
it's really good so far... something about it is a little lifeless... cold.
it's missing some vegetation or some dry branches at least in the pots by the window... something to bring some life.
what do you think of an art light?

Thanks for the advices
maybe if the scene is cold, I think this is my way of being jaja
truth when I was designing the probe cotton vegetation scene but was never convinced me as, in addition to being anything like the rest, makes no plants to keep the minimalist idea of the scene.

Love the lighting!
For me, the foreground 'empty' space is too large, but that's just a preference I think.

Re: interior - first impression + update
I was thinking exactly what Chris wrote... can you try a more exciting/extreme camera angle?
Re: interior - first impression + update

rcossoli, can you tell me how many hours this took to render using high+ from the Easy settings and at what resolution? It will be interesting to see the MLT render of this scene.
