Well looks like I'm late to the party here, but that render does indeed look sweet!

Ha! Thanks! It's a bit dull, I've managed to include a HDRI but it's reflecting too much greenery onto some of the walls. I've tweaked the saturation in PS but it's still reflecting too much colour I'll keep playing with it and upload an updated render.

Thanks for this, but the green reflection is too strong to fix it using a filter, it will upset the balance of everything else. In Maxwell Render you can adjust the reflection and refraction intensity independently when using HDRI, I think I've been spoiled for too long! Please don't forget that I need to make the steps from creating the 3D model to producing the final photo-real render as simple as possible, because I'm going to be creating online courses teaching this. The more elements I need to add into the process, the more off putting it will be for potential customers.
