Testing with the latest MacOS Mojave and the latest version of SketchUp, we encounter no problems.

Either there is a problem because you installed the wrong version previously and did not fully remove it before installing the new version, or there is a conflict with another plugin.

The first thing I would try is to completely delete anything to do with Twilight Render in your SketchUp plugins folder. It will be located at User/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2019/SketchUp/Plugins. Find the files and folders with twilight in the name and delete them. Then reinstall the latest version downloaded from our website.

If that continues to fail, try disabling all other plugins, and restarting SketchUp.

Sorry Chris,

I looked for all the files or elements Twilight, I at all cleared, I uninstalled sketchup. you can see below, I still have the same problem and I really need a fast rendering software.

I think that is the wrong place. As I understand it, MacOS has two 'Library' directories. One is system wide and the other is per user. You want the "per user" Library. Typically this is reached by opening Finder, and then from the Go menu, choose "Go to folder" and enter ~/Library

From there you can reach Application Support/SketchUp 2019/SketchUp/Plugins.

Try cleaning out all the twilight related stuff there. Uninstalling SketchUp won't do anything because it doesn't delete that old data.

If it still doesn't work, let us know.
