glass magnifying

Help, could someone explain why the bookshelves beyond are magnifying in the glass. Thanks to all

Is your glass material using the Architectural Glass template? If not, you should switch it to that. It doesn't have any refraction in it and will prevent distortion from glass thickness.

As a pro user, if you apply the basic Grey or Blue glass from SketchUp, these should be auto-magically applied for you and render correctly "out of the box" this will not be the case if you "tweak" the materials or rename them or apply something different. In those cases, you will simply need to apply Architectural Glass>Common and it should look great. :^:
