Just playing with a few things, a beveled mirror for example. This is a vast and dirty version with not very much set in stone. Looking into small dwellings again and asking the questions of how low SHOULD we go and what do we need in these homes to avoid harming our mental wealth.

Some units have for example, a toilet IN the shower stall which I myself would not accept as a compromise. Any thoughts?

Ta mate, not sure where this a is going but the 'site' has evolved into three buildings of 20' by 26', 10' by 36' and 10' by 20'. I am asking the question, "How small can we actually go without becoming the hamster running on his wheel"?

I believe that an important aspect of going small is to feel like the space is bigger than it is and the ability to wash properly and 'feel human'. For me this means no toilet in the shower stall among other things. I am going to post a picture of the smallest property here, this is from the bathroom to the bedroom where there is a narrower bed than some may like but it is still larger than the beds we used in the military called "Bed, 2' 6" (Width) so usability is I hope there. A large three section wardrobe for hanging clothes with drawers in the lower half and a large book case opposite which still allows a 3' access to the bathroom. LED lights in this above the wardrobe unit and two large ish windows front and rear of the roof. Having windows in the roof gives a privacy element to the design, imho of course.

As it can be difficult to define scale I have set the opening panel to fully open to show the outside and give a better reference.

You may need to get creative with how the model is made to make a sort of cut-away/section-type rendering to explain the set up better to clients.

Thanks mate, working on it. Strangely easier with the smaller models build wise but the opposite in renders.

Ta mate. Still not found the light woods with enough derail for a good bump effect. I moved the camera basally into the extended ceiling for this which is aslant but no good way to get a straight shot.
