Here specially is the sofa, it was originally scanned with my 3d Scanner because i do not have the files. It should be a black leather. Rendered with Medium in about 1 hours. The pillows look like they could use a re-scan. use the "weld" checkbox for their material weld angle to 30... then they will be smooth.

There's a framed picture in the Twilight components package test scene. You can see how that one was built. I'm glad this one is working out for you.
The floor tile - you need some hi-res floor tile and a good bump and specular map for it. It will make a huge difference.
