Thanks very much Fletch. I am thinking of improving the geometry a bit and perhaps a sauna version.

Geometry improvements are basically the 'corners' of walls allowing the tile finish to show through. Not sure.

These are mostly possible because of your hard graft mate.

The tiles grout lines should align with tile on adjacent walls... not be staggered vertically. and the semi-circle sealant along the corners adds a shocking amount of realism... if you analyze my original scene, around the sink and corners of the room. These tiny details are subconsciously noticed by the observer. The fluffy towels is a very difficult effect to achieve, which is why I tend to leave them out.
