Natural and artificial light setting but pretty simple.

NOT going the right way. I reduced the hdri in this render to 50% and increased exposure to 6.00. I wanted the background sharp with a light interior, nada this time.

Looks very good! The strong overall yellow caste detracts from the quality of the image.

The first image is very nice natural lighting. Just needs a little brightening/contrast. The strong yellow lights on the ceiling detract from the overall high-end look of the rest of the image.

I never use HDRi when trying to render interiors. Most of the rays do not enter the space, so the lighting info just increases render times with little benefit. Placing a high-res image plane outside the window with a light emitting template of Low voltage lighting would be a good alternative and a lot easier to control.
