Living room.

Post by Mike1158 » Thu Oct 13, 2022 1:17 am

Well I am still trying folks, loking to find that Golden metric.

I am not done with thrwoing bits around this yhet and may add a door at some point, also, the lamp has already been moved further down past the sofa and reversed. The wall texture is new to me and apprwas reasonable but the ceiling needs to be lighter so I shall be trying the Affinity photo magic or just use the bump with a colour.

This may help with the lamp shade. It's important to know whether the model of the lamp shade is a single face or with a thickness. If it's got a thickness, the thickness will be very important in combination with the material settings.

Thanks Fletch, been looking at the lampshade finishes so far but great info for becoming Borg (Assimilation, Sorry).

This following snap is 2 passes only to check light levels.

Thanks folks, not sure about the mirror and it is time to dress the scene properly.

looking lovely. very masculine color palette here.
maybe a tall indoor palm plant that sits in the corner off-camera that is seen in the reflection of the mirror? or a "designer" something instead of the plant? a lamp or chair or something.

I'm thinking something like the plant here
